Nike Air Trainer Huarache ’92

The year was 1992. Michael Jordan won his second consecutive MVP award and title against Clyde Drexler and the Portland Trailblazers. Dr. Dre’s The Chronic was released that same year met with rave reviews as well as much controversy. The album featured a young Snoop Dogg on the lead and infectious single “Nuthin’ But A G Thang”. Snoop would later go on to national super stardom. In ’92 a Miami, Florida jury convicted former Panamanian ruler Manuel Noriega of assisting Colombia‘s cocaine cartel. 1992 was also the year that Nike released one of it’s most popular and sought after models in the Nike Air Trainer Hurache. Initially introduced in a white, purple and forest green colorway; a few different colorways would follow with the black & grey colorway by far being the fans’ favorite.
